San Miguel de Allende’s historic center is safe, highly walkable, and easy to explore, with most attractions located just a short walk from each other.

Weather
May is a beautiful time to visit San Miguel de Allende, with sunny days, clear skies, and pleasant evenings. Daytime temperatures are typically around 28–30°C (82–86°F), while evenings are cooler, averaging 14–17°C (57–63°F).
